This is why I have developed the trait of being honest and true to my words, to create a fair environment and equity. I gave due respect to all the players, so they can trust and start thinking about the good of the team. Essentially, as a coach my motto in this regard was “equal rewards for equal performance”. I have given my team members full confidence to speak up when they have any kind of problem. In this perspective, some of my senior coaches also helped me become a good leader and coach. They provided me with their complete guidance and support which helped me a lot in achieving my goal. They also helped develop the right attitude which influenced the behavior of all athletes. Because leaders are individuals who significantly influence the thoughts and behavior of others, not through coercion but rather through persuasion. So, by adopting this positive attitude, I was able to resolve all player conflicts. One of the biggest challenges I faced as a leader was selecting a strong and competent captain because it is a very difficult situation when a captain is not a solid player. After paying due attention and evaluating their performance, I select a solid captain who is also a solid player. Now it is
