The Asian food diet is one of the healthiest cultural diets in the world. Most meals consist of fresh fruit, vegetables and rice. As for meat, people of Asian culture typically don't eat as much as other cultures, however when they do eat meat it's usually fish. The food is prepared stir-fried, fried, steamed or simply raw. Meats are rarely the main course in any of their meals and are more of a side dish. In most Asian cultures, diet revolves around religion. (Asi1) If eating a certain food goes against a person's religious practices, then that person will not eat that certain food, in much the same way that Jews will not eat pork because of religion. Asian diets are made up of three different groups, namely China, Korea and Japan. All Chinese food is considered East Asian food.
