Often when we talk about the United Nations, we almost mention the United States. Much is shared between this country and this international institution. The commonalities range from the way the UN was established to the way it is governed today. Since the United Nations was established, the United States has had considerable influence over UN operations. Much can be attributed to this aspect, but among them it is important to remember that American financial support for the UN cannot be emphasized by anyone. Statistically, the United States supports 25% of the UN budget and this gesture clearly communicates how committed the United States is to United Nations affairs. America, albeit indirectly, rules the world and through the United Nations actually achieves this goal. America is the superpower and that is non-negotiable. America led to the formation of the United Nations and therefore the UN relies heavily on the United States. However, times have changed and radicalism is shaping how the future will be handled. Many people, or rather countries, are convinced of the extent of the influence America has in running the United Nations. They question the validity of the inclusion aspect of UN management and decision-making. In general, the UN should take into account all the views of the nation and promote unity. Poor countries feel that their opinion has no effect on the world governing body, the UN, and therefore they are making all possible efforts to ensure that this phenomenon is eliminated. Normally, the UN is governed according to democratic principles and voting is used to make final decisions. However, America has the option to voluntarily give in to the demands of these countries or to vehemently assert its cause through facts that on the one hand have resources, both financial and financial. and in terms of manpower. Its military capabilities are also splendid, enabling it to solve any problem diplomatically or through military action. A UN opinion is seen as a means of honoring what the United States has already decided. America strives to have influential allies inside and outside the Security Council so as not to fail in any of its mandates. This being the case, the main question hovering in the minds of many is whether America needs to change its policy towards the relationship between itself and the United Nations. American citizens are too interested in the eventualities that occur in US-UN relations since it is their money that is used in these policies. Some believe that the United States needs to revitalize the policies while others are of the opinion that the founder's vision should be left as it is.
