Human resource management is a rather broad field made up of numerous different topics within it. All decisions that have to do with the company's workforce or that affect it in some way have something to do with the human resources management function. You can apply many of the lessons learned in your daily life, both at school and in your work environment. An important topic is employee benefits, these benefits are essential for businesses because they give employees a reason to stay and continue working in your company. They would set aside a certain percentage to add parts to the church such as a gymnasium, a nursery and an outdoor playground for that nursery.
