Robin Hood, the animated version The reason why I chose to write my article on the Robin Hood movie is because it is fun and entertaining. This movie begins with a rooster playing the banjo. Throughout the film, the Rooster plays the role of the narrator, who tells the story of our animated friends Robin Hood and Little John. At the beginning of the story, the two partners were running through the forest because they saw Prince John and his royal chariot coming to take more taxes from the people of Nottingham. Prince John ruled the kingdom for his brother, King Richard, who was away on a crusade. Prince John was an evil boy who stole all the poor people's tax money so he could become rich. Robin Hood and Little John decided to play a prank on Prince John. They ran towards the cart, without Prince John noticing, dressed as fortune tellers. When they arrived, they asked if Prince John wanted his fortune told. He immediately accepted and invited Robin Hood inside. While Prince John was concentrating on fortune-telling, Robin Hood and Little John began working to get back the money that Prince John had stolen from the villagers for taxes. The two partners ran away and distributed the money among the poor villagers. Due to Robin Hood's controversial actions, the conniving Prince John tried to devise a plan to trap Robin Hood the do-gooder and his do-gooder friend Little John. Knowing Robin's expertise in archery, Prince John decided to organize an archery tournament, knowing that Robin would not be able to miss the opportunity. He is also aware that Robin Hood and Prince John's granddaughter, the stunning beauty Maid Marian, were in love since childhood. In case the archery tournament wasn't enough to attract Robin Hood, the prize for victory, a golden arrow and a kiss from the beautiful maid Marian, would lure him. When the tournament began, Prince John placed guards everywhere to try to locate Robin Hood. Robin arrived disguised as a stork and won the tournament. After discovering who the disguised stork really was, Prince John captured him. Luckily, Little John came to the rescue and the two ran away into the woods. Prince John is furious and decides to increase the taxes, which were already very high. Almost all the villagers were unable to pay taxes and were put in the middle of paper with some aspects that explain the world. Prince John represents the person in the world whose only goal is to get to the top, regardless of who steps on the way. On the other hand, Robin Hood is a do-gooder type who focuses on helping people and not being selfish. I would recommend this movie to a friend because if he likes cartoons and the story of Robin Hood, he would like this. . I would recommend it to my parents because they've seen it and want to sit down and watch it with their grandchildren. The only thing I can think of that goes against my life and belief system is that we should always help people who need our help. One thing that might offend others is the fact that Prince John takes advantage of the poor. One thing a Christian could gain from watching this movie is learning to help those in need. I like this movie because it's a cartoon and cartoons are great. In this film, the character of Robin Hood can be compared to Philippians 4:8. Most people would consider what he did to save the villagers as true, noble, just, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy..
