Ensure that the organization I work with is as ethical as possible; I would like to organize seminars every six months that teach ethics and how to use it in the workplace. This would help people regularly recognize ethical behavior, rather than ignoring ethics. Lunch would be provided at the workshops. The reason I would do this is to bring people in the company together to discuss ethics and socialize. I believe that bringing colleagues together can create harmony and connection. In this article Dickerman (2014), refers to a program called gracious space, provided by the Center for Ethical Leadership. This is a foundational body of work focused on helping people work better together on critical issues. I like this perspective because it validates the need for a collaborative approach to managing issues that impact the workplace. Through this process I have come to understand how much ethics play in providing a safe and comfortable workplace. I understand how the lack of ethical principles can bring down the morals of an organization due to the social interactions of the people who work for it
