Ethics: can be defined in people's words and the moral code by which they are governed. The benefits of good ethics for the company are that it creates profitability, gives the company a competitive advantage and creates a good reputation for the company. Profitability is created when employees are loyal to the company and do not create corruption in the company thus creating a sense of trustworthiness towards the company from the customers which in turn generates profit for the company. The profit generated produces revenue for the company which will help fund the company in future endeavors. Competitive advantage can be described in this context as a reliable service or product. Reliable products or services can be created because the company has employees who practice good ethics and can guarantee that there will be no defects or problems. This in turn causes more customers to purchase from the company and creates competition for other companies advertising a similar product or service. The competitive advantage makes the company more futuristic as they always try to create new products or services available to the consumer, so that means they are leaders in that kind of market.
