Overall ConclusionsBy working smart to include the Comprehensive Technology Plan in my annual classroom action plan, I will increase my effectiveness as an educator to be in able to reach and teach every child who becomes my student. The results I will get from using technology will be that my students will successfully learn everything they need to know in order to move on to the next grade level. Reflection As an educator, technology has become a very important tool that I have come to rely on often . I didn't consider it important enough to include it in my original mission statement, but now that I've effectively researched a lot of information about technology in the classroom, I understand more than ever how important it is to include it in my mission and vision statements. I believe students also need to make a statement of intent and vision to go along with their commitment agreements and highlight the important role technology will play in their lives during the next school year. The more teachers and students know about technology, the better their chances of successfully achieving their goals in their respective areas of teaching and learning experience. As an educator, the comprehensive technology plan for the classroom provided an abundant wealth of communication avenues. I can use technology to keep my students and parents updated in real time. It is important to maintain positive relationships between educators and students so that the student chooses to be a more productive student for the educator.
