The essentiality of a positive care environment facilitated by positive practices in relation to the environment is crucial for every healthcare sector globally based on maintaining well-being of patient safety and the well-being of healthcare workers. A positive care environment ensures that patient safety and healthcare worker safety are maintained. To promote a positive environment, all stakeholders, from employer to employee, private or public, governmental or non-governmental, have key responsibilities and roles. Each of these stakeholders must contribute their share if quality jobs for quality (health) care are to be created. However, despite government efforts to implement policies aimed at increasing work overload, variations in workload, role conflicts and the role of ambiguity are also some of the main factors of stress and burnout within the organization. This describes how unfavorable conditions within the organization have the ability to impact the organization or institution on employee performance. Healthcare institutions that are unable to develop strategic approaches to avoid established issues are destined to fail to create a positive care environment. Workload can be avoided by recruiting and hiring more workers within the organization to be able to offer quality services to patients. The fact that there are few employees or healthcare workers within healthcare institutions compared to the number of patients they have to treat offers a clear insight into the poor quality of services that may be provided to patients. Healthcare institutions are advised to reflect some of the challenges people face in the community. A healthy community is defined by the level of care service offered by healthcare institutions in their respective contexts. The dynamism and current trends in the healthcare sector represent the essence of ensuring that implemented healthcare policies respond to growing demands from patients and other stakeholders. The lack of affordable and accessible healthcare poses a challenge to the health status of people living across the country. Therefore, reforms to address affordability and accessibility through the implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act aim to ensure that all Americans are able to access quality and affordable healthcare through transforming all within the healthcare system to contain costs. However, there is a need to implement strategic measures to ensure that healthcare professionals are provided with an effective framework focused on facilitating the provision of quality healthcare services in developing countries.
