Our treatment of animals is unethical. It is unreal how animal cruelty is still a reality due to the fact that we live in a world of right versus wrong. Animals are seen as a form of product instead of what they really are, living, breathing creatures. The use of animals in entertainment has been going on for thousands of years. Animals are forced into racing, into captivity, into violence, all for the sake of entertainment. Children love to peek through the gates and cages of animals in zoos. People young and old love watching animals race. What people don't know is that attending these events often means supporting the abuse of animals. They were taken out of their natural habitat, stripped of any rights they had, and forced to conform to the demands of humans. Unfair treatment of animals when used for entertainment purposes constitutes animal cruelty. A person might simply think that animals are safe to use for entertainment purposes. If animals are treated well, the value of sport and entertainment can be received and remain positive by spectators. Some like to say that what they are born to do is what is done to these animals. They were put on this Earth for this purpose. These animal trainers love them and are very passionate about taking care of them. As humans, we have been given master control over animals, which makes them ours to use and do anything with. Animals have the right to play sports just like us. S...... middle of paper ...... very bad conditions are protected. Animals are not ours to use as entertainment, and if they are, then it should be fun for both the person and the animals. However, the animals do not volunteer. Everything they do is not because they want to, it's because they are pressured and forced to do it. They are afraid of what might happen if they don't do what they are told to do and don't want to risk the consequences. Animals contribute to the beauty and health of our living environment and should therefore be protected. Instead of using each other, we should live in peace and harmony. We must all take time to pay attention to animal abuse in these parks and other similar facilities to help prevent harm from happening to poor, defenseless animals. In fact, we are the only ones who can defend these animals and help put an end to this once and for all.
