In life it's all about choices, whether it's a serious choice like moving from one place to another because of your parents' career or something like wanting to eat a muffin or an apple for breakfast. In the Crucible written about the Salem witch trials of 1692, John Proctor is one of the main characters of the work. John is 35 years old and married to Elizabeth Proctor. One concept we need to understand is that in this era witch accusations always came from different people to random innocent women and men. These accusations are obviously false, but because of what they believed and how strong they were in religion, witch trials resulted.
