For example, the science of psychology can be difficult for most people to understand. However, the idea that “life is what you make it” is very common. the reality is that in many respects cognitive psychology takes this theory and explores it from a scientific perspective. As someone who has had a wide variety of experiences in my life, I agree that perception is more prevalent in happiness than the actual things that most people equate with happiness. for example, most people think that financial freedom is the key to happiness or to having lots of friends or the best-looking spouse. However these are things that you want to quantify with large numbers. however quality does not mean excess but rather the quality of every aspect of life. Thinking that I'm not rich but I'm not starving, for example, cognitive psychology is the backdrop to this type of thinking. Cognitive psychology can help us understand why people who have so much are so unhappy and how people who have so little are so unhappy.
