However, the disciples were simply instruments to manifest the power of the Holy Spirit among men. It was the power of the Holy Spirit working through them. The disciples did everything in the Name of Jesus and for the glory of Jesus. They spoke not of their words but of what they had received from God. Like the angels, the disciples refused to receive worship from people because it was the power of the Spirit Saint to perform all those actions. They were only the channels for the manifestation of the power of the Saint
