They would not have the evidence to support their thesis. Experts in the criminal justice field wouldn't have answers or lead to criminal cases if they didn't have a way to figure it out. The scientific method is a search for knowledge for crime experts. With the scientific method they can follow the steps to examine the evidence and prove the suspect's guilt. Having the scientific method also helps support and support observations about what they say happened. So, without the scientific method in the field of criminal justice, many crimes would remain unsolved and criminals would walk the streets
