The main themes of the book were about staying true to what you believe in, regardless of what society says or the dangers. God is trustworthy and does everything for a reason, no matter if the person is in the worst situation in his life, he must believe that there is something better in the future. Also God's ability to save his children in the face of danger and give them justice, and that God sends messages in mysterious ways. In today's society everyone has freedom of religion, on the other hand, there are still many people who discriminate against other groups. Nowadays it is more accepted to sin again and again than to be someone who follows the commandments and is faithful to God or follows what he believes if he is a minority. It is hard to admit that you believe in a God or a heaven, while science and non-believers have tried so hard to disprove it and trick people into believing that believing in God is futile and a lie. Believing became more difficult and became a burden in the life we ​​grew up in, but believing was also difficult for Daniel, albeit in a different way than today.
