Globalization is the phenomenon that increases exchanges of all kinds (information, goods, capital, people...). Globalization is a complex process, because it affects many different fields such as the economy, the environment, culture or trade. (Fletcher and Brown, 2005, p. 396) From an economic point of view, globalization translates into an extension of the exchange of goods and services, a progression in the internationalization of production. The post-industrialization era gives a significant role to international regulatory organizations, such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) or the World Bank and the World Trade Organization (WTO). The intensification of global social relations that so connects distant locations that what happens locally is shaped by events happening many miles away, and vice versa. (Giddens, 1990, p. 64). With this statement, globalization shows that it can have numerous consequences on individuals, on the economy and in particular on social policies. That is, on the measurement usually carried out by governments, local authorities or companies that ensure social protection, health protection and income. From a liberal point of view, globalization helps towards greater competition and transparency, factors that increase wealth and economic efficiency. (Aubry Eric, 1992, number 12) According to the criticism of this phenomenon, globalization accentuates inequalities, reduces the possibilities for governments to intervene in national economies, thus reducing the margins of social protection of their fellow citizens by states. Social policies are here perceived as a means to compensate people injured by the phenomenon. (Aubry Eric, 1992, issue 12) The 21st century has a certain… middle of the paper… to implement public policies on a national scale to carry out the reorganization of the economies involved. International financial institutions such as the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund or, for Central Europe, European banks coordinate their actions. However, instead of reforming national industries, these institutions have inefficient states and ensure the creation of new jobs. The erosion of the nation state and national sovereignty is exaggerated. (Held et al, 1999, pp. 2-10) However, these adaptation efforts will remain in vain if a globalization regulatory committee is not established to ensure general and balanced development that promotes the unity of countries. This existing system of capitalist production has a profound effect on our lives and work experiences. The labor market alone would not be enough to share the benefits of this reorganization.
