In the future, computers will evolve faster than the human race leading to complete extinction. Inventors will be able to do this by pushing for artificial intelligence to have all types of information within it, making it better than natural intelligence. This service will become superhumanly intelligent leading to the annihilation of the human race and subsequently the end of the computer world. Computers were the new invention that humanity had created in the 1990s. More than 100 million computers were sold in domestic homes that decade (Smith 2). Inventors kept thinking of ways to improve them and the need for smaller, more accessible computers that could be carried on a daily basis anywhere was perfect (Smith 2). I've been using a computer since I was five years old and have never been without it. I think they are extremely useful for writing papers or looking up information for homework. The public uses computers every day at work to relax at home. Ever since inventors invented computers, creators have done nothing but make them smarter. It will lead artificial intelligence to surpass natural intelligence. The world will rapidly move closer and closer to the singularity every day. Singularity is a word that has several definitions by many scholars who all conclude that technology will become a race and will leave behind... the middle of paper.... ..humans will be left behind while AI dominates the world. Computers will evolve faster than humans have. Because with the faster process they will become self-destructive buttons waiting for destruction by solar energy. The energy for computers would be solar energy, connecting it to destroy the sun and the world come to an end altogether. The aspect of AI collaborating with humans is a big “if,” but it could happen. I think if humans don't take into account the consequences of what might happen in the future, it could cause a huge mistake. People need to take precautions about what might happen to the race if we continue to make computers that are smarter than us.
