"Frozen" is one of the few recent Disney films to capture the classic Disney script, like "Cinderella" or "Snow White", it is a touching and loving story, sure to melt a frozen heart. Unlike the usual Disney princess plot where the girl has a poor life or things just don't go the way they should, they wish on a star, they fall in love, then bibbidi-bobbdi-boo they have a happy ending. Frozen moved away from tradition and decided to take a more different approach. True love has always been a key concept for Disney films. The film "Frozen" is based on "The Snow Queen", a fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen. The main ending also didn't try to tell the love story between Kristoff and Anna; it was the love and bonds that Anna and Elsa share as sisters. So this is a Disney movie, it's just that it's different, there are twists and differences from the regular movie, but that's what makes it so unique, and that's why it's so popular because it's unique and different, something that we needed from Disney.
