This is because the three assignments made up 65% of my entire grade excluding the annotated bibliography. These assignments would change my grade within seconds of my professor deciding the grade to give me for each essay. Considering this factor, I spent most of my time writing these articles and trying to make them to the best of my ability so that I could get a good grade in the course. Another reason I would remember this aspect of English 102 is because that is where I received feedback from my peers and professors to help me improve my writing skills. At the end of this course, listening to what my peers had to say about my essay and reading the comments my professor wrote on my papers, I realized. I gradually received better grades in each essay finishing with a 90% in the public argument paper which was my best. On the other hand, looking back now, I feel that if I had started preparing my assignments earlier I could have started this semester with better grades on every assignment, perhaps finishing the year with an "A" in English
