In these workplaces where transformational leadership is employed, job satisfaction leads to organizational commitment. As stated in the text, “Table 3 shows that practically significant correlation coefficients of large effect were found between leader empowerment behavior and intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction. Practically significant medium effect correlation coefficients were found between leader empowerment behavior and attitudinal commitment.” Where the large effect included correlation values equal to or greater than 0.50, and where the medium effect included values equal to or greater than 0.30, all results were significantly higher than the baseline values. In other words, the result showed that job satisfaction was indeed linked to high levels of organizational commitment.
