Before I start trying to exemplify the purpose of writing this statement, I would like to give a brief introduction about myself. Hoping to keep that spark of curiosity alive within me, I chose Electrical Engineering. My love for circuits, control systems, hardware and software grew every year. After graduation, I did my internship at Banglalink Digital, owned by Global Telecom Holding. I was given partial responsibility as project coordinator on a BTS sites site improvement project. I currently work as a software QA manager at Skitto, where I work with developers to prepare test cases, report bugs, and suggest improvements to the core app. These experiences helped me gain knowledge and insights into the practical world. It developed my analytical and research skills. Furthermore, I was more driven towards this profession because I saw how powerful this professional field is and how much impact I could have on society by channeling my knowledge in the right direction. What also motivated me was the lack of women in this field, especially in my country, Bangladesh. I had no role model to follow, no one to look up to when I started studying or even in the workplace.
