Topic > Importance of Class Placement and Class Observation

Dancers will remain in a class level until they have mastered the skills taught in their current level. The promotion generally occurs at the end of the dance season, but can occur at any time of the year. New students can request an appointment with the director to evaluate skills and identify the best class for the dancer. Parents are asked to refrain from "peeking" into the classrooms, especially in the case of younger students. We offer parents the opportunity to observe lessons during Observation Week. A meeting with the teacher and director can be arranged if the parent has concerns about your child's progress. Make-up lessons NO credit or refund for missed lessons. Make-up lessons are the student's responsibility. No call, no show can't be recovered. Students should call the studio at (321) 209-0173 to let their instructor know if they will miss class. You will have to make up missed lessons within two weeks of your absence. It will no longer be possible to recover after March 1st. If you exceed 6 absences, the recovery will not be carried out.
