Target's management team has been an outstanding example of effective communication in the workplace. While there were many other aspects of workplace communication, these are the ones that I experienced and felt made a difference in business. Research and information gathering are critical if you want to convey the information needed to complete the task. Also, it was very effective in the workplace when the task I had to do during the holiday season when I was clearly and directly given my exact task. Plus, it's always a great form of effective communication when delivered face-to-face, because it shows the employee that they are respected. When I was given the face-to-face task, I felt needed, so I increased my efforts that I would put forth. An effective transmission is the basis of a great workplace and goes far beyond the basics
