The notebook will be called TJ (Teller Journal). The cashier's journal will be a notebook where cashiers will have space to write personal notes, personal goals and write down their strengths and weaknesses. I would also like to implement a process where employees can express their opinion to top management. The process can be applied by scheduling a monthly meeting between an employee and senior management. Upper management can also discuss any concerns the employee may have.
