The notebook will be called TJ (Teller Journal). The cashier's journal will be a notebook where cashiers will have space to write personal notes, personal goals and write down their strengths and weaknesses. I would also like to implement a process where employees can express their opinion to top management. The process can be applied by scheduling a monthly meeting between an employee and senior management. Upper management can also discuss any concerns the employee may have. Allowing upper management the necessary time to hold these meetings will allow the sales transition to continue to be smooth and continue to make our customers and employees feel comfortable and
