Introduction The purpose of this document is to analyze the best principles for implementing and supporting ethical behavior in an organization and managing diversity. The researcher will recommend policies for ethics and diversity management. Additionally, the researcher will identify policies to monitor unethical behavior and injustices within an organization. Finally, the researcher will provide the rationale for the selected policies. Ethical Policies According to Golja and Paulisic (2010) ethics is defined as a system of moral principles, the recognized rule of conduct with respect to a particular class of human actions or a particular group, culture and the moral principles of the individual. Camps and Majocchi (2010) define ethics as rules of conduct, in other words ethics is treating others as you would like to be treated. According to the authors, the best principle for implementing and sustaining ethical behavior in an organization is to first support leadership to support and enforce ethical policies. Once leadership support is established, an assessment must be made to determine what ethical policies are necessary to meet the needs of the organization. After receiving evaluation results, managers should solicit employees to provide input and volunteer to write and review policies. Throughout this process of establishing ethics policies, employees must be informed and made aware of how the policies will affect company behavior and practices. Finally, once the policies are completed, employees should receive a copy via email and, for clear practice, post the policies on the organization's bulletin board and website (Camps & Majocchi, 2010; Mele, Debeljuh, & Arruda, 2006; Bienert,...... half of the article......nizations.
