“Taj Mahal”I think a gigantic white marble funerary mosque, built in Agra by order of the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his favorite wife, the Taj Mahal is the most perfect jewel of Muslim art in India and is one of the universally admired architecture of the world heritage. I not only saw the beautiful Taj Mahal from the video, but also knew the history of himself and his country. A white marble tomb summarizes many of the formal themes that have characterized Islamic architecture. The video spoke a lot about how much Shah Jahan himself and his father loved art and created many beautiful works of art. The refined style of the Taj Mahal stands in stark contrast to the Hindu architecture of pre-Islamic India, with its thick walls, arches and heavy supports. Even though the Taj Mahal is the symbol of pain and sadness, it still retains its beauty thanks to the marble and sandstone. The Taj Mahal is located in a formally laid out walled garden; I think these trees and flowers made the Taj Mahal even more beautiful and gave it a look of tranquility. White marble and red sandstone are great materials to use as a symbol of eternal love. Everything seems to be in balance by itself. I think a long pool in front of Taj Mal gives many explanations or meanings of Taj Mahal. I think the reflection of Taj Mal in the long pool tells us that Shan Jahan would only love his wife, as the reflection will only give the image of Taj Mahal, nothing else. The lines, mostly curved, are detailed in great harmony. The color from both outside and inside might be changed as the sunlight moves. The flowers and the Quran written on the walls and gate make visiting people wonder what it means. As visitors walked through each area, I think they would imagine the significance of each area from the history of the Taj Mahal. From the video, I think some views of the Taj Mahal make for painful panoramas. I think this architecture is a beautiful work of art. I consider Taj Mahal an art because it combines many art forms into one.
