A utopian country should not have experiences where the government lies to the citizens about what it is doing. One of the most obvious situations that comes to mind when talking about the government is the great “NSA scandal” that occurred in 2013, in which documents were leaked that contained information about the government listening to tens of millions of American telephone conversations. The British Broadcasting Corporation reports that “documents leaked to the Washington Post in mid-August suggested that the NSA violates US privacy laws hundreds of times every year.” (“Edward
