The MLA format and citation is something that shouldn't hinder writers as they enter a college level course, but nonetheless it has been something that has plagued me in my writing. Incorrect use of the MLA format on my papers has been a major factor in losing points on my papers in the past, so for me fixing this issue was a major accomplishment. With reading and my friend's help I was able to perfect my MLA format on my papers in this class. This also helps me with citing my articles which helped me give real credit to the people I got the sources from. So it was satisfying to have a perfect cited page for all my sources at the end of my essays. At the end of this lesson and this period of reflection on these articles. I realized that I had become a better writer than I had ever been before, because I was finally able to own and own my mistakes in my articles. This allowed me to see where I needed to settle in next to become the best writer I can be, which was shown to me during this time. Now, with my new weapons of grammar, organizations, and MLA format, I have a great foundation to push my own
