What if you could take that amount of teamwork and give it back to the community? But what does it mean to be a “role model”? How can I be a role model, some may ask? According to the true definition of the English language, a role model is a person considered by others as an example to imitate. How would you feel if people admired you? Not just as a person but as an athlete, people who want to be you or be like you with the ability to throw the ball or score like you could. Since you are an athlete, what kind of pressure will you endure? Knowing that everyone is watching. The media, teammates, fellow students, parents (in high school or college); the kind of pressure would definitely be overwhelming
