Some advantages of becoming a property manager would be that firstly they become a little more independent as they have room to perhaps start their own property management company. Furthermore, independence is also achieved by independently making decisions that will be suitable for the owner and the property itself. There will always be a need for a property manager as owners and businesses need a person to monitor the property and make sure everything is running in an orderly manner. This could also open doors to potential real estate as they would consistently take care of all concerns related to the property itself. Disadvantages include dealing with landlord issues and complaints, such as evictions.
