Some advantages of becoming a property manager would be that firstly they become a little more independent as they have room to perhaps start their own property management company. This could also open doors to potential real estate as they would consistently take care of all concerns related to the property itself. Disadvantages include dealing with landlord issues and complaints, such as evictions. Since one of the main requirements for a property manager is to monitor the property, he will have to be present for all emergencies that occur on the premises and which may require extra hours. This may result in longer work
