Despite the fact that there are some nations that have deleted capital punishment from their law, there are still numerous that still practice demonstrating the execution of an individual for a crime. The death penalty is common in the United States, Asian and Middle Eastern countries. Some of the methods of executing criminals are hanging, shooting, electric shock and administration of deadly infusions. Other people think that the motivation for supporting capital punishment is because it spares the lives of other individuals. The death penalty should not be practiced because there is no real way to cure the accidental misstep and spare the lives of other individuals. Finally, the death penalty has no deterrent effect.
