Have you ever heard of 'the birds and the bees?' This was a story that parents and grandparents tell teenagers to explain the concept of interaction with partners. It is considered the generic version of teaching your children about sexual activity. However, not all young adults understand their parents' entire point. Adults sometimes forget to mention the consequences which include pregnancies and illnesses. With the thought that young people will not be able to take care of the unborn child, they make the most drastic decision. Statistics show that 52% of pregnant women aged 24 and under have an abortion. However, there are risks to having an abortion. Consider other options such as birth control, abstinence and adoption if you are not comfortable with the pregnancy. The legalization of abortion has made it acceptable for women to be sexually active without thinking about its extent. The idea of having a baby is fun and adorable. However, when reality hits them, they realize what they've gotten themselves into. At that point it's too late to renege. Well, it's not late for them, but for the baby it's because the female has to make this tragic decision. There are few women who don't want to make the commitment and become mothers. Others are afraid of the lifestyle they will live. Women wouldn't face this climax if they were careful when having sex. Opposing arguments emphasize the advantages of abortion, but the disadvantages outweigh them. When the fetus is formed and the seed is conceived, then there is life inside your stomach. Millions of people are punished for hurting others and others get away with it. Aborting a life is like murder to some extent. Pregnant women make the choice to get rid of an unborn child and that is selfish. They want… half the paper… you to think about it. There are unappreciated risk factors for miscarriage, and preventing pregnancy is the first step to avoiding it. However, there are other alternatives than aborting the precious life within it. Be a responsible future parent, think clearly about the possibilities you can take and make the right choice.
