The issue of employment of graduates after graduating from higher education institutions is extremely topical. Young professionals are facing difficult market conditions. Currently, young people represent the largest group of unemployed people in Kazakhstan. Elena Yarmonova in the article «Problems of employment of graduates in Kazakhstan» states that young people account for more than 30% of the total number of registered unemployed (2013). Furthermore, 25-25% of the total unemployed youth are graduates (2013). This statistic shows that this problem requires an immediate solution. The best way to solve the problem of graduate unemployment is to complicate university admission and quality and internship practices during studies. There are many factors that have influenced the development of this problem. Among them there is a huge number of graduates with higher education, graduates without work experience, employers do not trust the quality of graduates' knowledge and excessive demands from employers. One of the most popular reasons why this happened is the huge number of graduates with higher education. For example, the total number of students in the city of Almaty in 2013 is 256,803 people (Amirali, 2013). It becomes clear that such a large number of students simply do not find work. But every year the number of incoming students grows and the number of jobs does not increase. The second reason that caused the problem of graduate employment is graduates without work experience. This is one of the main obstacles to employment. What can be the experience of a former student in his specialty at the end of his studies? After all, the student did not have a diploma, and if he or she had work experience it is only as a courier, of the...... middle of paper ......nity to get good work experience. But it really depends on the person. In conclusion, there are several ways to solve employment problems after graduation. In this essay, two decisions have been examined, one of which is a complication of entrance exams, the other is the practice while studying. Considering these solutions it becomes clear that the most powerful solution is practice. Since it contains more positive qualities such as work experience, opportunity to get a job in the company where the student was an intern and so on. The second solution is weak as the complication of exams leads to a good quality of knowledge, but not everyone can contribute to finding a job. I would like to recommend students to carry out practical training during their studies. This is the best way to get experience in the job. Graduated people will have good job opportunities.
