There are three members who come together to produce “Group J”. Of the three members, each can identify with leadership skills that are vital to a successful workplace. Leadership is the ability to take charge of a situation and direct others towards the desired outcome. While leadership is such a commendable trait to have, it can enable negative outcomes. Negative outcomes include being drawn into directing others and obsessing over one's own desires in the workplace. Leadership can easily alter someone's mind to make them believe they are more important than their actual position. By following the leadership, each member can identify with the motivation. Motivation fuels the mentality and achieves the goals set. A weakness that coincides with motivation is the inability to see the smaller details that go into making up the “bigger picture.” Being motivated can narrow your vision on the other tasks you need to do to achieve the success you desire
