I strongly believe in maximizing the educational experience through effective classroom design to maintain conflict prevention, increasing time spent on homework, and being an additional tool for contents; but I also now believe that effective classroom design can be used effectively to build an inclusive arena in which students can learn. By consciously focusing on improving cultural inclusiveness in my classroom design, students can develop a stronger connection to the classroom and school. community. This can enable students who may have felt culturally excluded from their environment to develop a stronger connection to their learning and improve their performance not only as academic students but as members of their school.
