Pure Gym is a leading low-cost fitness operator who currently owns and operates 98 24-hour gyms across the UK: Peter Robert. The company's vice president is interested in expanding its operations and strengthening its reputation by taking over rivals called LA fitness to compete globally. The purpose of this report is to provide preliminary information to the public on how the company leverages social media as a marketing tool for communication effectiveness, related issues, challenges and suggestions for future entrepreneurial-oriented improvements. Acknowledging that the report considers the feasibility of the business only in general management and marketing terms; does not provide a complete financial analysis of the proposed social media investment. Several analytical concepts have been used in the investigation of these problems, namely the 4R marketing model, content marketing strategy, mobile optimization and many other theoretical frameworks. Data for this study comes from a variety of sources, including industry research reports, local government reports, and primary data. The report is divided into two main parts: a Findings section, which presents social media information as it relates to Pure Gym's marketing initiatives; and a Recommendations section that presents specific suggestions for developing the proposed business. FINDINGS 2.1 THE MEANING AND CLASSIFICATION OF SOCIAL MEDIA In theory, Social Media refers to the information channel to connect the instinctive needs between human beings through the act of conveniently sharing their thoughts, ideas and experience. Conclusion In conclusion, this report has achieved its objective in evaluating Pure Gym's performance regarding social media commerce and its entrepreneurship-oriented function. Along with models of impressive social networking practices, content marketing analytics and mobile optimization are at the heart of promotional campaigns. Furthermore, several suggested improvement methods and social accompaniments have been fully indicated in previous research, provided that budgets and constraints are taken into consideration accordingly.
