History is a very important part of everyday life because without the past there can be no future, therefore making the progress of society impossible. History is probably the most important thing in modern life, because we can learn so much from what happened in the past. A deep understanding of global history is essential now in both the social scene and the workplace because the world around us is rapidly becoming a large group of people, and these people can come from virtually anywhere in the world. Cultural contexts are really dissolving and some countries don't have a really important race. The United States, for example, is no longer predominantly white, and many of its citizens are immigrants from other countries. Knowledge is the key to the world and history will always be an important topic. Story has many different uses and is used by everyone at some point in their lives. The government also uses history in some of its decision-making processes. In most schools, history and social studies are classes that most students take in middle school. Some people don't believe history should be taught in schools, or anywhere else. These people do not think that the story is accurate and that the stories in the story could have been changed over the thousands of times they have been told. If the truth did not exist, the United States of America would not exist, nor would the entire world.
