Introduction: Every organization is managed by pursuing a vision. Vision is very crucial for every organization. So, it is very important to know how to develop a vision for an organization. After developing the vision, the vision should be communicated seamlessly to those stakeholders who have roles in relation to the vision. All stakeholders needed to be identified regarding the vision. Without proper communication, the previously set vision may not be achieved. It is assumed that the communication method is also analysed. To do this, you need to understand how the vision will be implemented and how to set strategic direction and outline strategic planning. So, in this assignment I will discuss and analyze all these issues. 1.1 Evaluate the roles of key stakeholders in relation to the vision: Stakeholders are those who have an interest in an organisation. Stakeholders can influence and can be influenced by their organization and can also influence the organization. Directors, government, suppliers, creditors, owners, employees are the example of the main stakeholders of every organization. They are directly interested in the organization. Each type of stakeholder must play its role to realize the organization's vision. The roles of key stakeholders are listed below: 1.1.1 Employees: Strategic direction may be set by management but executed by employees. Employees perform work towards the company's previously established vision under the direction of top management. 1.1.2 Owners/Shareholders: Shareholders are responsible for providing the required capital needed by the entity to achieve its vision. They are the owners of the organization. They have relatively more power than other stakeholders because they are themselves… middle of paper… the top management of the organization should consider the factor influencing organizational policy. Management should also conduct a SWOT analysis to define a vision that will be achievable. If key stakeholders participate in the decision-making process or in defining the vision, mission or goal, then the vision will be appropriate. After you set the vision, you need to write down the vision, called a vision statement. The vision statement provides direction on what is to be done by all stakeholders who have an interest in the organization. Vision is a statement that states the organization's motivations, desires, and goals in a clear and concise manner. The vision of an organization should be market oriented. The vision statement represents the organization concisely. If the vision statement is long, the reason for the vision statement will not be achieved effectively.
