While I was there, I spent most of my time frustrated with my mother for making me go to a Jesus-focused camp…I was so certain she had abandoned me. On the penultimate night of camp, a man named John Randal spoke about the power of prayer. Amazed at how he seemed to know exactly what I wanted to hear; I decided at that moment to dedicate my life to Jesus Christ. After that I realized I couldn't go back. I vowed that I would do everything I could to help others find the hope in this world that they were looking for just like me
