To successfully complete the tasks of each section, proper communication within the team is necessary. In most cases, once a restaurant opens, each worker is too busy to have sufficient communication with other workers. Therefore, when there is some change in routine or something that every worker should know, the pastor who is informed of it must have the responsibility to make sure everyone knows (Kayse, R 2012). This responsibility usually falls to a leader. A leader or leadership is the important key to forming a team. Basically the leader's role is to delegate tasks and make sure things happen. Communication skill makes these tasks easy to accomplish and strengthens team unity. A leader's effective communication can give less experienced staff confidence and encourage them.
