Topic > Do animals deserve to be tested? - 1367

Sammy, who was trained to help the blind, was not adopted within a year. Of course, they are unaware that he could help destitute people because they don't take the time to determine his special gifts. Therefore, scientists decide to use it for research. Excruciating pain courses through his body as he lies on the table while chemicals are administered into his strained veins. He wants to escape, but the scientists have tied him to the bed so tightly that he can't move. As the chemicals are pumped into him, he can't help but think about his life and the amazing owner he had before he was sent to the local pound. Although researchers should find new innovations beyond animal testing to make products safe for humans, animal testing should be banned. Many animals mourn the death of their fellow animals in many different ways, although some people do not consider it mourning. All animals mourn losses in ways such as being around them for a long time or taking them wherever they go for periods of time. In the article The Mystery of Animal Pain the scientist states: “Human beings have fixed ideas about the hearts and minds of animals, most of them not very flattering. Animals are by and large simpletons, sometimes capable of impressive flashes of intelligence and a kind of tail-wagging, frowning, lolling love” (The Mystery of Animal Pain). Humans usually don't see the same perspective as animals when the topic involves pain. Humans overlook many animal deaths, such as running over them when they see one in the middle of the road, walking past a flock of buzzards surrounding one, or even using a gun to harm the mother of a baby deer. Pain in the soul... in the middle of the paper... enough to see. If humans opened their eyes, they would come to the conclusion that testing chemicals on animals is harsh. Therefore, humans would go against the government if it stopped supporting animal testing and vivisection. Works Cited ARORA, NAMIT. "On Eating Animals." Humanist 73.4 (2013): 26. MasterFILE Premier.
