In my latest course, Classroom Management, I tried an inquiry lesson with my students, which was successful. However, even with this success, I get nervous about giving students more control. The last instructional change I have is that I need to give my students more peer teaching opportunities. My classes do a lot of collaborative work, but I don't think I give them a reason to explain “why” or “how” something works. When I allow peer teaching, I select the same two students each time.
