First of all, teachers must understand their students. I will know the strengths and weaknesses of all my students. I will create personalized learning for each student. I will also be aware of each student's personalities when it comes to placement as well as being aware of students' medical issues. Getting to know my students will create an atmosphere of effective communication between me and their parents. Students will be aware of classroom procedures and routine activities. I will plan, prepare and diagnose teaching aids used to achieve educational objectives. I will help students use interpersonal communication skills, become problem solvers, and self-discipline.
