I have found that in some I have many of these traits but not at the level they need to be at. Even though I'm honest, I tend to hold back to spare the feelings of colleagues on my team. I embrace our company's mission and vision and often repeat our slogan "One Team, One Plan" used to motivate our actions to achieve the company vision. I respect and enjoy being with my team and even when a team member stumbles, I remind everyone that we are a team. I slip when it comes to trust, not always towards myself, and I often have to remember to delegate some tasks to other team members. This often happens because I am worried about the way it will be done and fear that it might not be right. I'm good at motivating others, but I often find that I don't like rapid change. I pride myself on my ability to listen to others and am open-minded when it comes to solutions to solve problems, but I am hesitant when it might be a change in process or procedure.
