Women in society are a great subject to study and gather observations and conclusions from their place in history and today's society. For example, there is a certain amount of luck when nature is involved in bias, if a human's greatest goal is to be a ruler, then natural luck is involved; that person's opportunity to become a ruler decreases significantly if that person is a woman due to the natural character traits associated with femininity. “Psychologically, men and women are almost a different species,” said researcher Paul Irwing, of the University of Manchester, UK. This is unsystematic luck, “luck determined by natural causes or accidents over which people have no control.” However, if one wants to be a ruler and is male, then there is systematic luck if one's goals are to become realistic. Some examples of this type of luck: a good family and cultural background, material resources and a favorable geographical position. These factors play a significant part of that person's desire to become a leader.
