One of the problems in Canada is the campaign for Quebec independence. Quebec is one of the Canadian states. Quebecers primarily speak French and make up 25% of the Canadian population. Quebecers consider themselves one of the nations because they have lived there since 1608 but, in contrast, Canada was founded in 1867. From the 1960s until today the campaign for Quebec sovereignty has been a big issue in Canada. However, Canada has gone through the movement. The alliance of Canada and the United States also sees the issue with its own ideas. They continue to insist that there is no meaning and benefit in becoming one of the sovereign nations. Quebecers oppose this idea, of course, and say that there is meaning and evidence that Quebec can be independence. Quebec can be a sovereign nation because it has the powers and capabilities to survive as one nation. They still continue to argue and seek independence. This essay will talk about the views of the Canadian opposition, the idea of the alliance of Canada and the United States, and the thoughts and evidence that the state of Quebec can be a sovereign country. Once Quebec was asked to vote in a referendum on sovereignty and, of course, Quebecers wanted it. However, Canada denounced the movement because Canadians believe they can find new ways to strengthen Canada's duality and to protect Quebec's particularity within Canada. Quebecers have launched actions for sovereignty several times, but all have failed, despite their growing support for sovereignty. Quebecers believe that Canadians will subsume their culture and language under Canada's English majority, although Canada does not intend to do so. Between 1976 and 1996, scores of English Quebecers left Quebec and drained the province of vital skills and resources… mid-paper… again. Quebec will not stop seeking sovereignty and Canada will also not accept the campaign because Canada believes it can share and protect both Quebec's lands, culture, languages, economies, etc. of Canada, but Quebecers don't think so. They consider that their land, culture, language and economy will be used and included in Canadian rules/systems. The United States also does not have a clear answer to this problem, so Quebec and Canada cannot ask for support either. There are several proofs and advantages of Quebec becoming a sovereign nation, but for these reasons and situations Quebec cannot be a sovereign nation yet. This problem affects the whole of Canada (including Quebec) and also the United States, so it will be a long time before this problem is solved, it doesn't matter because no one can predict who will get their rights, Quebec's sovereignty or Canada's duality..
