I know in the back of my mind that I need to eat healthier and exercise more, but I never put my thoughts about it into action. I need to keep myself in the right mindset to achieve my goals of making myself healthier. I often get distracted and forget everything I planned to do; I need to concentrate. I think having someone else there to push me and make sure I maintain good habits will also keep me from drifting away. I feel like I have plenty of time to go exercise or think, "Oh, I can eat something healthy at my next meal." However, soon after I realize that the day is over and I haven't kept my word.
