Composition Lab Technicians will assist with ingredient composition, instrument and equipment sterilization, computer data entry/retrieval, classification, calculation, and analysis of data, as well as in customer service assistance. Customers who have chosen to enter the pharmacy will enter through the front of the store and will be greeted by the clerk. The assistant will greet each customer with a smile and make an offer to look at any herb, mineral or shop specials. The assistant will also assist the customer with any prescription collections. The pharmacy assistant's most important job is to create a positive in-store experience. The pharmacy will host two wellness events each month, such as better nutritional choices and cholesterol and diabetes screenings.
