Honestly the only good example of a professional or administrator who meets the requirements of an ethical standard. Administrative evil poses a fundamental challenge to the ethical foundations of public administration. It is imperative to identify the notion of administrative evil. If public administration and public policy practice advocacy and find a way to eliminate influential and hidden forces, the possibility of dehumanization and destruction can vanish. Therefore, greater accountability is needed to hold people accountable to help expose administrative evil and project better ethical standards in public service. Our reluctance to recognize the importance of administrative evil as part of the identity and practice of public administration and public policy reinforces its continuing influence and increases the possibility of future acts of dehumanization and destruction in the name of the public interest. Despite the different approaches, finding a foundation for ethics in the public service, unmasking administrative evil at least to the extent that it is inherent to modernity and therefore part of the identity of the sector. It just makes things more complex in retaining individuals in my opinion
