Change ManagementChange is an integral and constant part of our personal and professional lives. Change happens in our world and beyond, nationally and globally, in political and socio-economic spheres, in the management of organizations. As the contemporary world becomes increasingly complicated and significantly interconnected, it forces companies to change their business strategies and become globally competitive (Jeritt, 2013). These pressures for change should be identified by management and immediately implement a change management process to increase productivity and performance (Marked By Teachers, 2004). Achieving these goals is fundamental for organizations; despite the challenges that may arise when implementing changes (Content Writing, 2012). If culture is combined with the strategic and operational objectives of the organization, it can stimulate improvements in performance and efficiency. At the same time, diversity in organizational culture and goals can lead to harmful outcomes (Katzenbach Center, 2013). Therefore, organizational culture affects practically all aspects of the company and is exceptional for every organization and also one of the most difficult objects to change (Business Dictionary, 2013). Therefore, the application of culture within the organization includes the analysis of complexes of characteristics such as beliefs, ideologies and values of the company. According to Investopedia (2013) organizational culture is defined as: “The beliefs and behaviors that determine how a company's employees and management interact and manage external business transactions".’.
